1 Private Coaching
1:1 Online or In Person
Six months, one on one, built entirely around you. We start with a clarity session to expose your desires across whatever is most alive; your business, your relationships, your leadership, your inner architecture. Then design a path to get there with support along the way. Sessions are in person or online.

2 I am HERe
Women's Immersion
A six-month in-person and virtual group experience for women ready to excavate to discover who they really are beneath every identity they have ever worn and roles they have played. Powerful community experience with depth and the kind of transformation that only happens when we come together.
Cohort 1 opens January 2027.

Corporate & Group
Purpose, Posture, Parts, Power, and Presence, brought directly into your organization. Available as a workshop series, executive intensive, or ongoing engagement. Built for executives, upper management and high-functioning leaders who are ready to decrease their stress-load to increase their capacity for success and leadership.
