Here is exactly what you will experience.

1 Arrive and ground
We begin by landing in the body. Not in the mind, not in the story, not in the to-do list. In the body, where the real work lives. A brief somatic centering practice opens the container and sets your intention for our time together.
2 Excavate the vision
A guided visualization to find what you actually want, underneath what you think you should want, underneath what everyone else needs you to want. Then we write it down. Present tense. Feel it, as if it is already real.
3 Name the identity
The vision surfaces, and then the voice arrives - the one that says you cannot have it, you are not ready, it is too late, who do you think you are? You name that voice, find it in your body, and discover how to shift the protective pattern into power, somatically.
4 Step forward from the inside out
Remembering who you are inside, deeper than the stories and doubts, we will go on a future-self process to meet the woman who is already living what you want. She has been there the whole time. Undisturbed. Waiting. Already whole. Consistent, aligned action calls her forward.

Where is it held?
Cumberland Crest House, Little Rock, Arkansas. More details will be provided upon registration confirmation.
What if I register and cannot attend?
Life happens. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your date so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. You are welcome to transfer to a future date by emailing [email protected].
Do I need to be advanced in my personal development work?
Not at all. Women arrive at every stage. Some have done years of work; some are just beginning. The Gateway meets you exactly where you are.
What do I Bring?
Yourself. A writing journal for notes. Comfortable clothes; we are working with the body, so ease of movement matters. Light snacks will be available.
Will this be recorded?
No. What happens in the room stays in the room. This is a live, in-person, real-time experience. The power of it is in your presence.
Any recordings or photographs will be used for marketing purposes with the participants' permission.
What if I want more experiences like this Gateway event?
The I Am HERe ~ The Gateway event is designed as a complete, standalone experience. You will leave with something of real value. Should you choose to attend more than one scheduled experience, you certainly may. This can deepen your connection with the teachings and our gathering community.
And yes, you will be gently introduced to the I Am HERe Cohort, which opens in January 2027. You are under no obligation. If it is a 'yes' to continue together, you will know.
