There is another way to live. Not barely, not just enough, but fully and freely alive. Thirty-plus years of deep work, my own and with my clients, has shown me that this is not reserved for the lucky few. It is available to anyone willing to choose and do the real work that brings about change.

I came into this knowing the long way. I am a woman whose father wished she had been born a boy, who grew up inside the structures of religion and culture that decided in advance what being a woman should mean. Discovering what it actually meant, on my own terms, has been the defining journey of my life.

I have been a safe space for others since I was fifteen years old. From deeply listening to my peers at boarding school as they healed from divorced homes to thirty-plus years as a bodywork practitioner listening to the body's stored beliefs and injuries, to the coaching work I do now, the thread has always been the same.

I have lost people I loved before I was ready. I have rebuilt myself from inside-out more than once. I have deeply witnessed injuries and trauma stored in my body, my heart blown open to love by grief, and shifts of well intended, protective resistance surrender into full access to my intuition and power. Every layer of experience is woven into how I hold space for the people I work with.

The programs I offer are a culmination of my personal and professional experiences. The I Am HERe women's immersion came from my discoveries of and consciously creating what it means to be a woman, all aspects of the feminine spirit awakened, explored and understood. The multi-faceted, ever-reflecting and changing presentation of woman integrated into one honored understanding.

The 5P Method emerged from watching patterns repeatedly. Purpose, Posture, Parts, Power, and Presence are not separate problems to solve one at a time. They are one integrated system, and when they move together, people stop white-knuckling their way through their lives.

Freedom and flow naturally follow.
